2Shy MC
Genres: Techstep, Drum & Bass
2Shy has been holding a microphone at drum and bass dances since 1996, when Dylan and Facs made him resident MC for their Biotic and XXX Recordings labels and took him on tour around the UK and Europe. By 1999 he was working as a duo with the producer Mechanism under GQ's Emcee Recordings banner and had picked up a FabricLive residency. That residency led Renegade Hardware to him, and for more than a decade his voice fronted Hardware club nights around the world, which explains how at home he sounds over dark, technical records. He has since worked with Metalheadz, Ram, Playaz, Pure Science and Get Hype, hosted for Andy C and Noisia, and played main stages at Glastonbury, Creamfields, Reading and Leeds, plus Amnesia in Ibiza. Away from hosting he presents a radio show on PyroRadio, started the Reflective Music Show on Bassdrive in 2012, and released Once Bitten, an 18 track hip hop mixtape, in 2017.
2Shy MC has 1 upcoming drum & bass event(s) listed on DNBRAVE.
