Adam F
Genres: Drum & Bass, Jungle
Adam Fenton arrived in the mid 1990s with a musical background inherited from a family in the industry and a sound that fused jazz sophistication with drum and bass power. His 1997 album Colours, featuring "Circles" and "Metropolis", was a critical landmark, a record whose live instrumentation and arrangement ambition demonstrated the genre's range at a moment when it badly needed the argument made. He went on to co-found Breakbeat Kaos with DJ Fresh in the early 2000s, a label that became one of the most commercially significant in drum and bass and launched the careers of Pendulum and the Brookes Brothers among others. His A&R instincts proved as sharp as his production. His work also extended well outside the genre into hip hop production and film soundtracks. Adam F is one of the small group of artists who repeatedly pulled drum and bass into new territory and brought new audiences with him.
Adam F has 0 upcoming drum & bass event(s) listed on DNBRAVE.
