BassLayerz
Genres: Jump-Up, Drum & Bass
Three people make up BassLayerz: DJ Slipz on the decks, with MCs Spyda and Blu Bomma on vocals. Their shows are built around that format, a DJ set driven by two live mic men trading bars over heavyweight drum and bass. The trio's recorded output leans on collaborations, including Go Down Low with Voltage, Shoot with Friction, So Cold with Serum, Badman Talk with Born On Road and Ringtone with Hedex and Sullivan King, and they also feature on Click Click Click, a crossover link-up with Tiesto and Hedex. That blend of jump-up pressure and big room crossover is why they keep landing on the same large scale rave bills as Hedex and Friction across the UK.
BassLayerz has 7 upcoming drum & bass event(s) listed on DNBRAVE.
