Bensley
Genres: Drum & Bass
Bensley is a Canadian producer from Toronto who signed to RAM Records and released his debut album, Next Generation, on the label in 2015. That record drew support from Zane Lowe, MistaJam, Friction, Zeds Dead and DJ Fresh, and singles such as Outsider, Tiptoe and Slither made his name alongside remixes for Flux Pavilion, Azari & III and Camo & Krooked. His second RAM album, Muskoka, was written largely at his family's lakeside cottage in Ontario. Its twelve tracks fold jazz, hip-hop, breakbeats and jungle into his drum and bass, use recordings of local birds and wildlife, and feature his own alto saxophone on Hard Times and One Last Chance. He has since built shows around performing his album Superliminal.
Bensley has 1 upcoming drum & bass event(s) listed on DNBRAVE.
