Command Strange
Genres: Liquid, Drum & Bass
Command Strange is a drum and bass producer and DJ who grew up in Kazakhstan and is now based in London. He found jungle as a young child through his older brother's Roni Size, Aphrodite and LTJ Bukem records, and was releasing music by 16, starting with melodic, liquid drum and bass before bringing in a harder edge. Early albums Soul Booster and Episode 91 came out on Fokuz, alongside Joy with Intelligent Manners on DJ Marky's Innerground and releases on Metalheadz, Good Looking, Hospital, Med School and Grid. He is now exclusively signed to the V Recordings family, where the Improbably EP (Liquid V, 2018) and Skyline with Alibi, a Beatport drum and bass number one, stand out. Recent self-released work includes Loyalty with T.R.A.C. and the Sundown EP (2026), and his music has had support from Bryan Gee, Goldie, Bukem and Fabio & Grooverider.
Command Strange has 1 upcoming drum & bass event(s) listed on DNBRAVE.
