Crossy
Genres: Jungle, Jump-Up, Drum & Bass
Bristol has given Crossy both a home and a crew. The DJ and producer came up around Born On Road, the city label and soundsystem collective co-founded by Kelvin 373 and Aries, and he holds a residency with the Rumble in the Jungle collective. His sets pull reggae-rooted jungle and swinging jump-up together, switching tunes fast and often, and he regularly goes back to back with Kelvin 373, Aries and Gray. With Gray he made Run & Hide featuring Doktor, MC Spyda and Inja, and his studio credits also take in Transmitter with Carasel plus remixes of Dead Man and Ride. Recent summers have seen him play The Temple at Glastonbury alongside Gray and host his own Elements showcase at Boomtown with Trafic MC on the mic.
Crossy has 8 upcoming drum & bass event(s) listed on DNBRAVE.
