Genres: Jungle
Reggae Roast are a London soundsystem crew, label and promoter whose parties started at Jamm in Brixton and now cover reggae, dancehall and jungle. They signed to Trojan Records for their debut album, Turn Up The Heat, which went to the top of the iTunes reggae chart in 2020, and followed it independently with More Fire in 2023, as well as the We Run The Scene EP with Mr Williamz. In 2024 they supported UB40 and Alborosie on an arena tour. The crew's main rig, nicknamed The Beast, is a custom 52kW stack built by Meta Acoustics with Terra horns rated down to 20Hz. When they appear on drum and bass lineups, it is as the reggae and roots side of the jungle story.
Reggae Roast has 1 upcoming drum & bass event(s) listed on DNBRAVE.
