Doors at 2pm, last entry at 8pm and everything wrapped by 10pm: Diamonds Day Rave is an afternoon session rather than an all nighter. The Dog and Pheasant sits on Worcester Road a few minutes out of Bromsgrove town centre, a community pub that reopened under new management and has built its local reputation on cheap rounds and a bar team who look after regulars, not on club grade rigging. The billing is old school and deliberately broad, so drum and bass shares the eight hours with garage, bassline, 90s R&B and anything else that lands as funky. Entry is five pounds and the room is over 18s only.
