JAEKS Liquid Drum & Bass Night
Friday, 4 December 2026 · Ronin Bar, Nottingham
Ronin Bar on Hockley is better known for Japanese highballs and a Jamaican meets Japanese look than for basslines, which makes JAEKS taking it over for a liquid drum and bass session an interesting pairing. The brief stays broad within the subgenre, from rolling, dark and deep cuts to soulful and funk leaning tunes. This is a compact cocktail bar with indoor and outdoor seating rather than a nightclub, so numbers will be modest. Doors open at 8pm, last entry is 1am and the music carries on until 2:30am. Entry is £5 and it is strictly over 18s.
