Mags and Mates Free Party
Friday, 11 September 2026 · THE DEPO, Plymouth
Starts 22:00 · Ends 03:00 · Doors 22:00 · Last entry 23:30 · 18+ · Free entry
Mags and Mates is a free multi genre bass party at The Depo in Plymouth on Friday 11 September, drum and bass and UK garage first among the styles, with a lineup of friends rather than billed headliners. The useful detail is the door time: last entry is 11.30pm for a night that plays from 10pm until 3am, so it rewards arriving early. The Depo opened on Union Street in 2021 and holds 750 across a split level room where the balcony looks straight down on the stage, a good spot when the floor fills, and it picked up BBC Radio 1 Dance's grassroots venue award in 2026. Regulars praise the staff and short bar queues and note the sound is strongest in the centre of the floor rather than by the side wall. Over 18s only.
