Egg London

5-13 Vale Royal, London, N7 9AP

Laurence Malice bought this Victorian warehouse just off York Way in 1997 and used it as a base for his night Trade before opening Egg in May 2003. It runs over three levels, the Main Room, Middle Floor and Loft, with three outdoor spaces, holds roughly 1,000 and has a 24 hour licence at weekends. DJ Mag named it Best Large Club in its 2017 Best of British list. Since 2024 it has been run by Chapter One Creations, formed by promoter Ali Bee and former operations head Sen Jay, which refurbished it. House and techno remain the backbone and D&B is one strand among several: Bass Face takes over several floors with a 360 degree D&B room beside 140, grime, garage and house, and The Hideaway brings UK garage residents. Reviewers who rate it mention a safe feel with plenty of staff around, while the strictness of security is the most frequent complaint. There is no re-entry once you leave, and advance tickets save time in the queue. King's Cross is the nearest hub.

Egg London has 5 upcoming drum & bass event(s) on DNBRAVE.
