Three brick vaults beneath 3 Little London, in central Chichester, make up Havana, a cellar bar reached by a flight of stairs from the street. The arched ceilings are low enough for tall visitors to notice and the toilets are small, but the compact space is a large part of its appeal. Most of the week is given over to live music and open mic nights, and promoters bill it as Chichester's home of the underground. Drum and bass comes through C-Sides Secret Club, whose Halloween party brought jump-up favourite Original Sin and Logan D down into the vaults. Those club nights run from 8pm to 12:30am with last entry at 11:45pm, so an early arrival is wise, and entry is 18+.
