Notts County created The Nest in 2024 by converting a former distribution warehouse on Iremonger Road, beside Meadow Lane, into a covered fan zone, and on non-match days the hall doubles as one of Nottingham's biggest rave spaces, holding around 1,200 standing. The Groovebox and Submerged partnership has made it a regular stop for heavyweight drum and bass, with bookings such as Benny L, Gray, Circadian and the 4am Kru alongside MCs Toddlah and Trafic. Inside it is one large room with a stage at one end, three bars and a raised balcony area at the back. Visitors consistently praise the speed of the bar service and the view of the stage from the main floor. Nights here usually run from early evening to around 2am, and Nottingham station is roughly a ten minute walk, which makes getting home straightforward.
