The basement at Nice N Sleazy takes around 200 people, low ceilinged and built for gigs felt rather than watched, and it is where Bass Injection stage their first night at 421 Sauchiehall Street. Local Frequency is an all Glasgow bill: Corran and Solecta back to back, Peski bringing Royal Racket sound system weight, Bristol Luke of Pray to Good, and Hearted moving across neurofunk, rollers and jump up, with MC Jurnalist on the mic. Entry is £4 and last entry stretches to 02:00, later than most Sauchiehall Street basements manage. The retro upstairs bar stays a bar all night, which matters in a room this size. Over 18s only.
Genres: Drum & Bass
