Rough times Party - CALYX - Free Entry tickets available
Saturday, 7 November 2026 · The Volks Nightclub, Brighton
After bringing Dillinja to the seafront, Motive and Basskonnection follow up with Calyx, a name tied to dark, technical drum and bass ever since the project first appeared on Audio Couture in 1998. Larry Cons made his solo album No Turning Back for Moving Shadow and later spent years in partnership with Teebee on Momentum and Ram, so expect techstep and neurofunk at full weight. Motive Audio, Trakker, Gui, York, Sabz and Elemental fill the main room with MCs Deefa, Lyrical and Xaler, while Live Lab Records host the second room. Limited free tickets are available for this 18+ night at The Volks in Brighton, with doors at 11pm and the promoters quoting a 7am finish.
Lineup: CALYX
