SHY FX - Nightmare at Pitt St. Halloween Rave
Saturday, 31 October 2026 · Pitt St Indoor Skatepark, Portsmouth
A skatepark built into an old Sainsbury's on Commercial Road is an unlikely place for jungle, yet the Halloween rave here has become a fixture, and this year Shy FX tops the bill. His records run from early ragga jungle through Digital Soundboy, the label he ran with T Power from 2005, to newer cuts such as Roll the Dice with Stamina MC and I Got You with Breakage, so a long set can span more than three decades of the music. Local DJs fill out the rest of Nightmare at Pitt St, playing drum and bass and jungle across the afternoon and evening. Doors open at 3pm and last entry is 6pm, so this Portsmouth rave starts early and arrivals need to be early too; tickets are £10 and it is strictly 18+. The cafe bar pours the house beer, and there is an outdoor smoking area.
