Sonix, the drum and bass label running since 2010, brings its DNB Forever showcase to its new Bristol home at Clock Factory on Friday 11 September, with Jayline headlining. The Basildon producer co-founded Sound Bully Audio in 2011 and has a catalogue of several hundred jump up tracks across G13, Low Down Deep and Random Concept, so expect raw dancefloor D&B rather than anything polite. Around him the bill is built from back to backs: Akas of Talkin Beatz, Rsa with Misty, Lady D-Zire with Blueeyes, Junglist IQ with Ell-Gee and Daryn and Skeem, with Big G, Ell-Gee, Deadlee and Mani on the mics. It is billed as a 360 showcase, and Clock Factory's 360 floor puts the DJ booth in the middle of the room on a three point Danley rig. Final entry is midnight for a 10pm to 3am night, tickets start at £7, and both rooms run hot with little airflow.
