Charity is built into The Cause, which has raised more than £150,000 for Mind in Haringey, CALM and Help Musicians UK since Stuart Glen and Eugene Wild opened it in Tottenham Hale in 2018. These days it trades from a creative workspace shared with set builders and artists, held on a temporary meanwhile lease in Silvertown, east London. Saturday's Bass Face 2.0 follows the promoter's multi room pattern there, a 360 degree drum and bass floor set against rooms for 140 and grime. Free tickets have only been honoured for early arrivals on past listings, the first 150 in by 11:30pm, after which paid entry applies. Doors at 11pm, final admission 4am, and West Silvertown on the DLR is the nearest station.
