The series has spent the year arguing for daytime drum and bass, which suits a club built into the Madeira Drive arches with the beach directly opposite and a terrace and cafe running in daylight hours. Volks is a small room and a free party fills it well before the hours a club night would normally peak, so anything close to the door time is the sensible arrival.
