Mozey started releasing in 2017 out of Essex and built a jump-up name on tracks such as Hands In The Air VIP and High Energy, with records through Souped Up, Serial Killaz, V Recordings and Hospital, and Serum mentoring him early on. Dnb Collective and Touchbase bring him to 2Funky Complex, the independent four space site on New Park Street that has been programming music of Black origin in Leicester since the 1990s. Its largest room, the Music Café, takes up to 350, and there is a big part covered outdoor area for when the floor gets warm. Doors are at 10pm, tickets from £10, 18+.
